Big win for America. Put Japanese on the defensive for the rest of the war. Using their deciphered code.

Germans legendary army fighting in Africa. Had huge effect.

Battle that British forced Germans to retreat.
Patton
Captured city of Casablanca in Morocco. American leader. Hit a soldier so he was relieved of his duties.

City in Morocco. Churchill and Eisenhower meet to plan. Still going to attack in Africa.
Kassarine Pass
The Americans were outnumbered and outfought.eisenhower fired the general and put Patton back in charge. Finally, German forces surrendered.
Convoy System
Set up because of loss of ships. Cargo ships traveled in groups and were escorted by Navy warships. It improved the amount of efficiency and resources for America.
Stalingrad
Hitler made retreat forbidden. Lost multiple soldiers and citizens. Were not prepared for weather. Put Germans on the defensive.
